Shipping
We process and ship all standard orders within 3–5 business days. For custom orders, please allow 5–7 business days for customization before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work with you to make it right.
