Shipping

We take great pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard items are shipped within 3–4 business days. For custom, made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–11 business days for creation before your order ships — every piece is crafted with care just for you. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time, however free local delivery is available for customers in our area.

Returns

Because each custom item is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalized orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in cases where an item arrives fully damaged and the customer does not wish to receive a replacement or any form of compensation. If you believe your order qualifies, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos. We review each case individually and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
